This is the everyday flow - open a project, fill in its form, generate a PDF.

1. From the Projects list, tap a project (or its preview icon) to open it straight into its form. The app remembers the last project you had open and reopens it directly on next launch.
2. Fill in the fields. Anything flagged as invalid shows an inline error - fix what's flagged and try again.
3. Use the Generate action to produce the PDF. If it succeeds, you land on a preview with Print, Save, and Close.
